SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions govern text-message communications from AIM Medical Consultant Services, LLC, also referred to as “AIMMCCS,” “we,” “our,” or “us.”

By providing consent to receive text messages from AIMMCCS, you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions.

1. SMS Program Description

AIMMCCS uses text messaging for low-volume, one-to-one communications with clients, providers, prospective clients who have requested information, and authorized business contacts.

Text messages may include:

Appointment or meeting coordination
Credentialing updates and document requests
Billing and invoice notifications
Service-related updates
Responses to questions or inquiries
Administrative follow-up communications

AIMMCCS does not use this SMS program for mass marketing, unsolicited advertising, or automated promotional messaging.

2. Consent to Receive Text Messages

Clients, providers, prospective clients, and authorized business contacts may opt in by providing verbal consent during a telephone call or in-person conversation with an AIMMCCS representative.

Before sending text messages, the AIMMCCS representative explains the types of messages the recipient may receive and documents the recipient’s consent.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing or receiving services from AIMMCCS.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the recipient’s communication needs and interactions with AIM Medical Consultant Services, LLC. Recipients may receive up to four text messages per month. Additional messages may be exchanged when the recipient initiates or continues a one-to-one conversation with AIMMCCS.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply based on the recipient’s wireless carrier and mobile service plan.

AIMMCCS is not responsible for charges imposed by a wireless carrier.

5. Opting Out

You may opt out of receiving text messages from AIM Medical Consultant Services, LLC at any time by replying STOP to any message. After replying STOP, you will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. No further text messages will be sent from that number unless you later reply START to resume receiving messages.

7. Message Delivery

Text-message delivery is subject to the availability and operation of wireless carriers and telecommunications networks.

AIMMCCS and participating carriers are not responsible for delayed, undelivered, incomplete, or misdirected messages.

8. Privacy

Information collected through the AIMMCCS text-messaging program is handled according to our SMS Privacy Policy.

Mobile telephone numbers, SMS consent records, and mobile opt-in information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

9. Sensitive Information

Standard SMS messages may not be encrypted.

Recipients should not send sensitive or confidential information through text messaging, including:

Passwords
Social Security numbers
Complete bank or payment-card information
Medical records
Diagnoses
Medication information
Protected health information
Other confidential personal information

When sensitive information must be exchanged, AIMMCCS may direct the recipient to a secure email, portal, or other approved communication method.

10. Changes to These Terms

AIMMCCS may update these SMS Terms and Conditions periodically.

Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
